Delaware City Schools, with the support of the Delaware City Council, has generously given permission to the Northwest Neighborhood Association to test the idea of an Arts Park in the Boardman Field location on West William Street. During this trial period, use and receptivity to the park by the community will be studied and a recommendation about the future of the park will be made to the Delaware City Council.
The Northwest Neighborhood Association has embraced this wonderful opportunity to develop the 2.2 acre green space as part of the art and cultural corridor that extends from the Monnett Gardens to the Delaware County Library. Park located at 154 W. William St., Delaware.
