Oral History Project:  Oral History Project Interviewees Needed: Delaware County Historical Society and Columbus State Community College are partnering in an oral history project to record memories of life in Delaware County. The topic for the fall semester is 1968. 1968 was a pivotal time in U.S. history, and they want to talk to people who were 15 years old or older in 1968 and who are willing to share their memories of that time. The interviews will last approximately 1 hour and will be conducted by Columbus State Community College students in late September, early October. The interviews will then be put into the DCHS archives to share with anyone who wants to know about 1968. They need at least 20 – 25 interviewees. It is not necessary for the interview participants to have lived in Delaware County in 1968.
