Review of the ethical laws and rules of the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. This course will provide instruction on how to avoid common ethical pitfalls, and give detail on several ethical violations.

Responsible for monitoring of disciplined licensees, ensuring compliance with their settlement agreements; performing intake of all ethical complaints received by the Board; processing applications for marriage and family therapy licensure; providing information to licensees through phone, email, and live ethics presentations; writing instructional information for presentations, website, and newsletters; drafting agendas and minutes for Board meetings, and providing support for Board members.
Previous experience includes regulatory work in the private financial services industry, as well as extensive customer service work.
