HelpLine Hotline

HelpLine is the local, toll-free support and information telephone and text line for Delaware and Morrow counties. They also provide a comprehensive community resource network, sexual assault emergency response, volunteer services (Connections Volunteer Center) and prevention education.

Volunteers answer a 24-hour information, referral, and crisis hotline.  They talk with callers about issues such as domestic violence, alcoholism, sexual assault, suicide, financial need, etc. Hotline volunteers must be at least 18 years old, are required to make a minimum one year commitment, complete individual training, and pass a criminal background check.
